Same-Day Emergency Dentistry
There For You In Your Time of Need
Even with regular dental check-ups and great at-home care, accidents can happen when we least expect them. If you find yourself in need of emergency dental care, Liberty Dental Arts offers emergency services to relieve your pain. We don’t want anyone to have to wait around in discomfort or even risk losing their tooth, because they don’t have a dental appointment. Just contact us and we’ll bring you in as soon as possible!
Are you experiencing some serious tooth pain? There could be many different things causing this, from exposed nerves to an infection or abscess. We can pinpoint what exactly is causing your toothache to find the appropriate treatment. In the meantime, we recommend taking an over-the-counter pain reliever and rinsing your mouth with warm salt water.
Chipped or Broken Tooth
If you’ve experienced mouth trauma from getting hit in the face, a hard fall, or bit down on something too hard, visit us ASAP. We will look for any cracks, breaks, or nerve damage. Even if you are not in pain, cracks can lead to infection so it’s best not to wait.
Did your tooth get knocked-out? Get to our dental office as quickly as you can and make sure to bring the tooth with you, handling it carefully. That means you shouldn’t touch it by the root. If it’s dirty, don’t wipe it with any type of fabric. Instead, you can rinse it with milk. Transport it in either a glass of milk or placed in between your cheek and gum. Don’t try forcing it back into the socket!
Lost Filling or Dental Crown
Did your filling or dental crown fall out? Decay might have caused your restoration to come loose. While this isn’t a serious emergency, it’s still a good idea to visit us promptly so we can make sure your tooth isn’t left exposed to more damage. When you visit us, we can determine if we need to remove any decay to place a new filling or if we need to refit your crown.
